APPLICATIONS

FACCADE 3/4 is a viscous alkaline detergent ideal for mremoval of organic and inorganic dirt deposits from facades of calcareous stone building. Graffiti, greasy paints, enamels and the like should be first removed with  appropriate detergents.

HOW TO USE

The bottle should be stirred before use and the product applied (pure or diluted by 5 to 10%) evenly down upwards avoiding dripping, using a synthetic fibre flat brush or a low-pressure jet; work using broomcorn brushes to help the product penetrate. Brush more or less vigorously according to the type of surface and to its sensitivity. Let the product to cure for 10 to 15 minutes but prevent surface from drying. Rinse thoroughly with cold and,  whenever  possible, pressurised water every time the product is applied, in order to remove any product excess. To reach  the  best  effect,  the application can be repeated. It is advisable to carry out a preliminary test to assess proper contact times for the treatment desired.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

The product must be stored in the original  containers,  perfectly sealer, at a temperature between 5 and 30°C and shielded from direct sunlight at ventilated area. In these conditions, the product has a self- life of 12 months of the date quoted in the delivery note. If the material has been stored for longer than its recommended self-life, it might still be suitable, but this has to be determined beforehand by performing quality checks on its application-related properties.
