Description

ILPA JOLLY GLASS (available in liquid and tixo densities) is made of combined synthetic resins and it is mainly used to glue and fill up any type of marble and natural stone.

It satisfies any request from the end-user thanks to the available densities. With a strong grip, it becomes very tenacious and perfectly polishable after hardening.

JOLLY GLASS mastic is colourless and it is ideal for particular works such as filling holes in travertine especially when you want to leave them visible.

STORAGE

Keep the container well closed and stored in a cool (temperature below 25°C) and ventilated environment for a maximum period of 12 months (normal versions) and 6 months (special version) from the date of production marked on the tin. Avoid direct sun exposure.

SAFETY RULES

Ensure work area is well-ventilated during application and until surface is dry. It is recommended the use of personal protective equipment during application. Read the safety sheet before application.

APPLICATION

Make sure that the surfaces to be treated are perfectly dry and clean;
Mix the product appropriately;
With clean tools, get from the tin the putty you need and add from 2 to 4 grams of hardener every 100 gr. of product;
Mix the compound properly;
Apply JOLLY GLASS on the surface to be glued or filled, bearing in mind that the total curing time can be affected by air temperature: above 25 C° it decreases, below 25 C° it increases;
Do not store the unused catalyzed putty in order to avoid that the whole contents of the tin deteriorates;
Seal the tin after use to avoid that the product gets hard by contact with the air.
