ILPA JOLLY MASTIC stone repair mastic for visible marble and natural stone repair. Compare color matching, liquid, semisolid, and tixo versions before choosing it for finishing work.
ILPA JOLLY MASTIC is formulated with combined synthetic resins. It is mainly used for gluing and filling all types of marbles and natural stones. It has strong adhesive properties, becomes hard and perfectly polishable after drying time.
The three available versions TIXO, SEMISOLID and LIQUID which facilitate application and fast drying properties,quicken production lines. The liquid and semisolid versions are perfect for normal applications whereas the tixo density is suitable for vertical applications. Different colors are available (e.g. straw, white, black, jura,dark jura etc.)

STORAGE
Keep the container well closed and stored in a cool (temperature below 25°C) and ventilated environment for a maximum period of 12 months from the date of production marked on the tin. Avoid direct sun exposure.
SAFETY RULES
Ensure work area is well-ventilated during application and until surface is dry. It is recommended the use of personal protective equipment during application. Read the safety sheet before application.
APPLICATION
Make sure to thoroughly clean whatever surface areas you wish to bond together.
Take from the tin the necessary amount of glue, using clean tools, and add 1 – 3 gr. of catalyst for 100 gr. of product;
Stir the two components energetically;
Apply the mastic on the surface to be treated, taking into account that the mastic can be polished after about thirty minutes. Applying the mastic at temperatures over 25 °C will reduce curing time; conversely, lower temperatures will extend curing time;
Do not return the unused catalyzed glue in the tin to avoid the entire content deteriorating;
After use, close the tin to avoid hardening of the glue on contact with air.

ILPA JOLLY MASTIC Fit Checks for Visible Stone Repair
ILPA JOLLY MASTIC is a stone repair mastic for visible marble and natural stone finishing work where the repair has to look controlled after it bonds. It is most relevant when the buyer needs color matching, practical handling, and a choice between liquid, semisolid, and tixo versions rather than a generic adhesive recommendation.
Buyer check
Why it matters
What to confirm
Visible stone repair
A repair on a countertop, step edge, wall panel, or polished slab can fail visually even when the bond is strong.
Confirm the viewing distance, polish level, joint width, and whether the repaired area will stay exposed.
Color matching
Marble and natural stone repairs often need a closer color match than hidden structural work.
Check the base color, pigment routine, sample cure color, and final polishing response before full use.
Liquid, semisolid, or tixo version
Different consistencies suit different joints, gaps, edges, and vertical surfaces.
Use liquid for narrow flow needs, semisolid for controlled filling, and tixo when sag resistance matters on vertical surfaces.
Finishing workflow
Stone repair mastic is only one part of a visible repair sequence.
Confirm surface cleaning, mixing ratio, working time, sanding, polishing, and the maintenance conditions after cure.
Choose ILPA JOLLY MASTIC when the project needs a color-matchable stone repair mastic for marble, natural stone, visible joints, small gaps, edge finishing, or vertical surfaces. For low-viscosity crack penetration, compare an epoxy resin; for thicker anchoring, sealing, or shaped repair work, compare a 2K epoxy putty system. JOLLY MASTIC fits best when the finish quality and color control matter as much as the repair itself.
