The KH-XS50D is a compact, battery-powered walk-behind floor scrubber designed for efficient cleaning in warehouses, factories, retail stores, offices, and other commercial spaces. Its 490 mm brush and 830 mm squeegee scrub and vacuum wastewater in one pass, delivering up to 1,750 m²/h of cleaning coverage. Powered by a 24V/100Ah maintenance-free battery, it runs for 3–4 hours per charge and recharges in 6–8 hours.

The 45L fresh-water and 50L recovery tanks reduce interruptions, while the foot-pedal brush activation, intuitive control panel, reversible squeegee blades, and wide tank opening make operation and maintenance simple. With a 550W brush motor and 450W suction motor, it provides reliable scrubbing and drying on tile, marble, epoxy, and other hard floors. Walk-behind scrubber dryers are designed to clean and dry hard floors in one pass, making them well suited to retail aisles, small warehouses, and similar areas.
