Intelligent Stone Floor Maintenance Robot | AI Navigation, 120 m²/h, 7h Runtime & LiDAR for Marble & Granite

The Intelligent Stone Floor Maintenance Robot is an AI-powered autonomous device for crystallization care of marble, granite, engineered stone and terrazzo. Equipped with LiDAR, depth cameras and ultrasonic sensors, it delivers up to 120 m²/h efficiency with 7+ hours runtime. Featuring human–machine collaboration, standardized operation and dedicated chemicals, it achieves 85°+ gloss with reduced labor dependency.

    Description

The Intelligent Stone Floor Maintenance Robot is a smart stone-care device designed for scenarios such as shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, and industrial parks. It integrates robotic motion control, visual recognition, path planning, and multi-sensor safety technologies, and is suitable for floors including marble, granite, engineered stone, inorganic terrazzo, tiles, and organic terrazzo.

The product adopts a “human + machine + new materials” collaborative working mode: the robot handles large-area standardized crystallization maintenance, while trained professionals take care of edges, corners, narrow spaces, and special areas. Used together with dedicated maintenance chemicals, the system delivers high-efficiency, stable and consistent stone floor care with reduced reliance on manual labor.

    Features:
    • Human–Machine Collaboration, Redefining Maintenance

The robot is responsible for large-area crystallization maintenance; professionals handle edges, corners, narrow spaces, and special areas.

The robot can cover about 85% of the maintenance area, while manual work accounts for around 15% (edges and special zones).

    • High Efficiency, Ideal for Large Areas

Maximum crystallization efficiency up to 120 m²/h.

Daily operating efficiency is about 2–3 times that of manual work; comparative data shows the robot can achieve over 500 m² per night.

    • Standardized Operation, Stable and Consistent Results

Programmed automatic operation reduces human variability, minimizing issues such as uneven gloss and inconsistent crystallization layer thickness.

With robot-specific chemicals, the crystallized surface achieves a gloss level of no less than 85 degrees.

    • AI Perception and Multi-Sensor Safety Protection

Equipped with LiDAR, depth cameras, ultrasonic sensors, etc., enabling autonomous recognition of complex environments and automatic obstacle avoidance for enhanced operational safety.

    • Three Working Modes for All Scenarios

Automatic mode: Plan the area in advance, then start with one button to minimize manual intervention.

Manual mode: Suitable for emergencies, narrow areas, and special tasks.

Cone mode: No need for pre-mapping; flexibly select areas for operation using safety cones.

    • One Operator, Multiple Machines, Reduced Labor Pressure

Supports one operator managing multiple devices working in coordination, reducing dependence on intensive manual labor and highly skilled technicians.

Autonomous operation without continuous human intervention helps lower the difficulty of night-shift management.

    • Long Endurance for Continuous Operation

Full-charge runtime of no less than 7 hours, supporting extended continuous operation.

    • New Materials to Enhance Maintenance Durability

Used with dedicated stone floor maintenance materials, which can extend the crystallization gloss-retention time by more than double, according to available data.

The crystallization layer provides stain resistance and anti-penetration properties, helping to extend stone service life and improve floor transparency and depth.

    • Quantifiable and Traceable Operations

Automatically generates operation reports, facilitating progress tracking and control of consumables and chemical usage.
