ILPA EPOKITT 2K Epoxy Putty System

ILPA EPOKITT epoxy system (masilla y endurecedor en proporción 1: 1) es una masilla epoxi 2k, con cargas inorgánicas inertes, tixotropizada y sin disolventes. Es completamente reactivo y no está sujeto a contracción de curado al formar una película fina. Como el sistema está en forma de pasta, puede aplicarse también a superficies verticales. Gracias a su alta reactividad, el sistema puede utilizarse también a bajas temperaturas (hasta 5°C). Es ideal para la adhesión estructural de diferentes materiales y formas (ladrillo, mármol, granito, madera.aluminio, hierro, porcelana), anclajes, sellado y alisado. Desde EPOKITT La masilla epoxi es neutra, pero también puede colorearse según las necesidades del usuario.

SOLICITUD

• Eliminar el polvo, la humedad, la suciedad y las partes friables e incoherentes de las superficies a unir. Generalmente basta con la abrasión mecánica o el desengrasado con disolvente.
• Mezclar la masilla epoxi con la cantidad necesaria de endurecedor para obtener una mezcla homogénea. Para ello, utilizar mezcladores mecánicos a baja velocidad o mezclar a mano utilizando una espátula. Para dar forma o acabado, recomendamos humedecer la espátula con disolvente o alcohol desnaturalizado.
• No vuelva a poner masilla/catalizador y/o endurecedor usado en la lata para evitar que se estropee todo el contenido de la lata;
• La limpieza final de las herramientas puede hacerse con un disolvente nitro normal, la acetona.
• Cerrar los botes después de usarlos, para evitar que el producto se endurezca en contacto con el aire.
