The Ice Blaster IB 7/40 Classic is a compact, high-performance dry ice blaster designed for reliable, secure, and convenient operation in demanding daily use. Thanks to airflow optimizations and well-engineered dosing technology, it delivers excellent cleaning results even at comparatively low air pressures (2–10 bar) and air consumption (0.5–3.5 m³/min), while keeping operating noise relatively low. Jet pressure and ice delivery volume are steplessly adjustable via a control button, with an optional key switch to disable this function for consistent settings.

All components meet high quality standards and are housed in a stainless-steel frame for durability. Standard features include an integrated oil and water separator to prevent icing, and an automatic residual ice discharge system that removes leftover dry ice at the touch of a button after use. A clear display provides real-time readouts of all key operating parameters plus statistical data such as total operating time, average ice consumption per hour, and cumulative ice usage, supporting efficient monitoring and maintenance.
