BRILLO is a silicone-based polish wax which gives an excellent polish and a good water/oleo repellence and can be used on any kind of natural stone and lithoid materials. It is permeable to vapour; processed surfaces keep totally breathable.
BRILLO is a straight-chain polydimethylsiloxane modified with fluorinated groups. It has an hydro repelling action by penetrating into materials up to 4 mm and has polishing action thanks to silicone components. It guarantees a mirror-like finish that enhances any environment, be it home or commercial, and delivers an impeccable shine and long-lasting protection against scratches, stains, and signs of wear.

STORAGE
Keep the container well closed and stored in a cool (temperature below 25°C) and ventilated environment for a maximum period of 12 months from the date of production marked on the tin. Avoid direct sun exposure.
SAFETY RULES
Keep the place ventilated while applying the product and when it dries. It is recommended the use of personal protective equipment during application. Read carefully the safety data sheet before application.
APPLICATION
BRILLO is supplied ready-to-use. Application should take place on dry surfaces by using low-pressure airless spray, brush or roller: in any case take care to ensure an even application. Preliminary tests shall determine the right quantity of the product to be used since that depends on the different material absorption. Once applied, allow it to dry for a few minutes, then wipe it with a dry and clean cloth for the finishing polish.
All surfaces not to be treated must be protected by plastic sheets.
ILPA BRILLO Fit Checks for Silicone Polish Wax
ILPA BRILLO is a silicone polish wax for natural stone and lithoid surfaces when the buyer needs shine improvement plus practical surface protection. It is most useful for jobs where mirror shine, water and oleo repellence, vapour permeability, stain resistance, and surface confirmation matter before applying a wax or enhancer across a visible area.

Why it matters
What to confirm
Lithoid surfaces
Silicone polish wax behavior depends on the stone or lithoid material receiving the treatment.
Confirm marble, granite, artificial stone, compact stone, or other lithoid surface type before full-area use.
Water and oleo repellence
Repellence is important when the surface may face water, oils, fingerprints, or routine cleaning chemicals.
Check exposure conditions, traffic level, cleaning schedule, and whether a sample area shows the expected beading and protection response.
Vapour permeability
A wax or enhancer should protect the surface without trapping unwanted moisture in the material.
Confirm the stone is dry, clean, and suitable for treatment, especially on recently cleaned or restored surfaces.
Mirror shine and stain resistance
The finish has to look better while also supporting practical stone protection.
Review gloss target, application method, buffing routine, cure timing, and stain resistance expectations under direct light.
Choose ILPA BRILLO when the project needs silicone polish wax behavior for lithoid surfaces, mirror shine, water and oleo repellence, vapour permeability, stain resistance, and surface confirmation. For a broader natural stone wax option, compare ILPA EXTRA WAX; for harder stone protection treatments, compare Golden Shield or Blue Shield instead of treating them as the same product type.
