Artificial stone has good flexural strength, but its hardness is relatively lower than that of most natural marbles. Therefore, contact with sharp/hard objects or hard wheels should be avoided in daily use. In addition, artificial stone has poor resistance to acids and alkalis on its surface, making it unsuitable for cleaning with strong acids or alkalis. The use of strong acid-based crystallizing products often leads to acid etching and burning on the surface of artificial stone.
The optimal care solution for artificial stone is Crystal Shield’s Green Shield, a water-based nano-resin coating formula product that is not an abrasive polishing-type care product. The nano crystal molecules of Green Shield are fully absorbed by the artificial stone, emitting a charming crystal luster. Its high hardness and wear resistance (more than 3 times that of commonly used crystallizing agents) also greatly reduce the labor and materials required for repeated polishing, saving users a significant amount of care costs.
Tools and materials:
Green Shield, steel wool pads or 3M white pads, crystallizing machine, dust mop.
Operation Process:
1.Clean the floor and allow it to air-dry naturally.
2.Spray Green Shield onto the floor at a dosage of 5-10 ml per square meter, then use a steel wool pad or 3M white pad paired with a crystallizing machine.
3.Grind and dry the surface evenly—immediately, a tough crystal shield protective film will form on the floor.
4.If there is dust on the floor, clean it thoroughly with a dust mop and repeat Step 3 with Green Shield to make the protective film even more robust and glossy.
5.For first-time use of Green Shield, it is generally recommended to repeat the process 2-3 times to achieve a brighter floor surface.
6.Finish by dust-mopping the floor to remove any residue. The operation is complete. For daily maintenance, only 1-2 additional coats of Green Shield are needed.
